Tiffany Moy is a government and political consultant with more than 15 years of experience as a top advisor to government officials and politicians throughout Illinois.

Prior to joining Government Solutions Group, Tiffany held a variety of roles within the Illinois General Assembly.  She served as Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the Illinois House, where she oversaw the legislative agenda for the largest Democratic Caucus in modern history and managed a staff of nearly 200 employees. She has served as the Political Director and Deputy Political Director for the House Democratic Caucus where she was responsible for developing and executing communications, legislative, and outreach plans for legislators, with a focus on members in high-priority and politically vulnerable districts. During her time with the General Assembly, Tiffany worked directly with the Speaker and members to develop and implement the strategy for the House Democratic Caucus.

Outside of the Statehouse, Tiffany has been instrumental in developing and executing all aspects of the political strategy for the House Democratic Caucus. For nearly a decade she was responsible for candidate recruitment and training, candidate-level fundraising, and working with candidates to access the ballot. She has managed day-to-day operations for more than 30 campaigns, including some of Illinois’ most expensive and competitive races, and has contributed to the success of hundreds of political campaigns throughout Illinois. 

In her spare time, Tiffany is a mentor to girls and women interested in careers in government or politics, works with Habitat for Humanity, and volunteers to help various Asian American groups.

Tiffany graduated from the DePaul University Honors Program with a degree in International Studies.
